How to request deletion

1. Send us an email

   Email abdulrrehsmawala@gmail.com with the subject FeedSync Data Deletion Request and state that you want your FeedSync data deleted.

2. Help us identify your account

   Include the email address or connected profile you used with FeedSync. If known, include your Facebook or Instagram profile, Page ID, or profile URL. Send the request from your account email when possible.

   Do not send your password, access tokens, or identity documents in the initial email.

3. Receive confirmation

   We will verify the request, ask for any additional information needed to identify your account, and delete the associated personal information held by FeedSync. We will email you when the request is complete. If limited information must be retained by law, we will explain what is retained and why.

What the request covers

A verified request covers personal information associated with your FeedSync account, including connected account identifiers, stored access tokens, and any associated posts, media, or analytics held by FeedSync. Deletion may disable features that depend on those connections.

This request deletes information held by FeedSync. To remove original posts or information from Facebook or Instagram, use the relevant platform’s own controls.

Also disconnect FeedSync

You can stop future access by removing FeedSync in Facebook’s Apps and websites or Business integrations settings, or Instagram’s connected app settings, depending on how you connected. Send the deletion email above as well to remove information already held by FeedSync.
